Delighted with Joe Newton Electrical. Kieran listened, explained, made great suggestions whilst dealing with the quote and finding solutions. Darren, who came to do the work, filled me with confidence from the outset. Professional, friendly, efficient and tidy. He is a good communicator and has endless patience.
My lighting installations all look fab, work and I know they are safe.
Highly recommend
Words are not enough for what you guys have done for us but we are truly greatful.
Dropped everything to replace & certify professionaly what a rogue trader had bodged & failed to provide. Ensured everything was safe & installed how it should of been done.
Joe even interrupted his family time to ensure certificates had been submitted to the relevant authorities.
To top it off all the guys were increadably polite, timely, professional & even cleaned up behind themselves.
What a great company, thank you.
Professional and efficient. I would certainly use this company again for all my electrical and plumbing issues. I have every confidence in this company. It has taken me some time to find a trade I feel I can trust.
A very friendly professional team from the initial enquiry through to job completion, also really appreciated the reminder that the boiler service was due as I do tend to miss it, thanks
We had an urgent problem with a cable on site causing loss of power, they understood the problem quickly through live video call and sent someone out straight away to fix the problem to highest of standards. #5star
Aaron came to our rented property on 3Nov23. He came to remove a non functioning extractor fan and to replace it with a new unit. Throughout his visit he was very professional and helpful with a willing attitude to go the extra mile.
The surrounding kitchen unit panels were very stained and greasy. Instead of just installing the new unit into the space he detached them and cleaned them carefully.
Aaron impressed
me as a valuable and trustworthy employee. We would be delighted if he ever had cause to come back to help us.
Had a couple of small electrical jobs some other company's didnt want to do, they were very friendly helpful and efficient, couldnt of asked for better.
Contracted undertake a range of electrical matters in our older property, sockets, switches, PIR lighting and light fitting. Great work, very tidy, would highly recommend.
Joe was really professional and helpful and easy to deal with. Gave us some great recommendations and carried out the work promptly.
Once you take me on for a project, I promise satisfaction and will not finish until you are completely happy and everything is signed-off and approved.
From your initial quote through to invoice, all work and communication will be honest and transparent. I believe in trust, transparency and good-faith.
Before any work or charge is applied, you will benefit from a no-fee consultation and quote to see whether I am the right person for your needs.
